By accessing or using DXYRA CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the company you represent) and Deeporion Technology Private Limited ("Deeporion", "we", "us", or "our").
DXYRA is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that helps businesses manage contacts, leads, deals, tasks, and customer communications — including WhatsApp Business messaging via Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API.
When using WhatsApp messaging features you must comply with WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta's Platform Terms. You may only message users who have opted in, and must not send spam or use WhatsApp for illegal purposes. Violations may result in account suspension.

Your use of DXYRA is subject to our Privacy Policy. You own all business data you create within DXYRA. We process your data solely to provide and improve the service.
We aim to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deeporion Technology Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
We will notify users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of DXYRA after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
